I love a good soy matcha, so I had to try this with Yeoās soy milk - and it turned out amazing! this drink had the most perfect soy/nutty flavour which complemented the matcha so well, and the soy cold foam on top? absolute perfection! this is super easy to make, highly recommend you to add it to your home cafe repertoire!
⢠MATCHA WITH SOY COLD FOAM ā¢
INGREDIENTS
2 tsp matcha
50ml hot water
200ml Yeo's Soy Bean Drink
Cold Foam
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp Yeo's Soy Bean Drink
1 tsp sweetener (simple sugar syrup/agave, optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Sift and whisk matcha with hot water until well combined.
2. To make cold foam, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetener and Yeoās Soy Bean Drink using a handheld electric whisk. Tilt the electric whisk at about a 45 degree angle to ensure the mixture is aerated. Continue whisking for a couple mins until the foam is light and airy.
3. In a cup, add in ice, matcha, Yeoās Soy Bean Drink and top with the cold foam and extra matcha powder.
